WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I do exactly what I can to ensure that my work is properly showcased by providing untouched or filtered photographs and descriptions are accurate and of the highest quality, if you have any doubts ask before you buy.

I am not responsible for your image of the product as computer/phone devices vary and may not appear the same. However, you are entitled to a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Just please keep in mind each reborn is a work of art done by hand so some imperfections are expected.

If a return is warranted, the money will be refunded after receiving the reborn baby returned in the same condition sent within 5 business days. The cost for the return shipment is to be paid by the buyer. Return address will be provided upon request for a refund within 2 days of delivery.
